Mark your calendars! This September, Atlanta Way Day—powered by Atlanta Way 2.0—will bring together the region’s most passionate problem-solvers to highlight social challenges and provide real solutions that strengthen Metro Atlanta’s civic fabric.​

Step into the spotlight: Submit Your Proposal

We’re putting the mic in the hands of the people. If you're building something for Atlanta, this is your moment.​​​

Got a project, initiative, or collaboration that Atlanta needs to see? Submit your proposal and be part of the program. Who Should Submit? Organizers. Artists. Entrepreneurs. Educators. Dreamers. Doers. If you’re moving Atlanta forward, we want you here. 


We’re looking for collaborative, community-driven solutions that enable engagement. Do you have an initiative that brings people together to solve a pressing issue? We invite you to submit a proposal!

Proposal Requirements:

We’re looking for diversity of topics, presenters, regional challenges, and community-focused solutions.

 

✔ Collaboration: Must include at least two organizations or individuals working together.
✔ Community Engagement: Must provide opportunities for the community to be actively involved..
✔ Focus: Should not primarily be a fundraiser but can include fundraising as a secondary element.

Selection Criteria:

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:


🔹 Innovation and impact of the proposed solution
🔹 Clarity and feasibility of the project plan
🔹 Strength of collaboration and community engagement
🔹 Alignment with the mission of Atlanta Way 2.0

Presentation Format:

  • Duration: Each presenter will have 10 minutes to outline their challenge and proposed solution. 

  • Q&A Session: Following each presentation, there will be a 5 minute Q&A for audience interaction.

  • Engagement Opportunity: There will be a networking opportunity before and after the event where participating organizations will each have a table to display who they are and the problem they are solving. It will provide an opportunity for audience members to learn more about the solution and sign up to get involved.
